FAQ

What clients usually ask before we start.

What’s the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is your company’s signature. A brand identity is the full set: logo, colors, fonts, graphic elements and usage rules. It’s what makes your posts, business cards and website feel like the same brand.

What do I get at the end?

Your logo and its variations in files for screen and print, the color palette, the fonts and the brand guidelines. What goes into each package is agreed in the quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the project and the applications. We agree on the timeline in the quote, before we start.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Review is part of the process, and the number of revision rounds is set in the quote.

Do you work with businesses outside Brazil?

Yes. The whole process runs remotely, by email, WhatsApp and video call, and you receive every file digitally. Before we design, it’s worth checking that your business name is available as a trademark where you operate (in the US, that’s the USPTO).
