What clients usually ask before we start.
Do I shoot the video, or do you?
You shoot it, even on your phone, and send us the raw footage through a shared link (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer). We handle the edit and send you simple filming tips so the result looks even better.
How long does it take?
It depends on length and complexity. We agree on the turnaround for each video in the quote, before we start.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Review is part of the process, and the number of revision rounds is set in the quote.
Which formats will I get?
MP4 files sized for each platform: 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, 4:5 or 1:1 for the feed, and 16:9 for YouTube and your website.
We’re not in Brazil. Can we still work together?
Yes. We work 100% remotely, by email, WhatsApp and video call. São Paulo is only 1 to 2 hours ahead of New York, so our working hours overlap with yours. Pricing depends on length, number of videos and features such as motion graphics and captions: email us and we’ll send a tailored quote.
